What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We recommend uploading your designs in high-resolution PDF, AI, or PSD formats for the best results. We also accept high-quality JPG and PNG files with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Standard production time is 3-5 business days. Once printed, shipping typically takes another 2-4 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I request a physical proof before the full print run?
Yes, we offer physical proofing for a small additional fee. Alternatively, we provide a free digital PDF proof for every order to ensure your layout and text are correct before we go to press.
What is your policy on returns and reprints?
Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large volume orders?
Absolutely. Our pricing is tiered, meaning the unit price decreases as your order quantity increases. You can view bulk pricing directly on each product page.
